Urban Box Storage is a secure self-storage and logistics storage company in Dubai Investment Park offering personal, business storage and pickup & delivery services across the UAE.
What items can I store?
Household items, furniture, office equipment, documents, inventory and packaged goods. Hazardous or illegal items are not permitted.
Is my unit secure?
Yes. 24/7 CCTV surveillance, controlled access and on-site security ensure complete protection.
Do you offer short & long term storage?
Yes. We provide flexible short-term and long-term storage plans to match your needs and budget.
What unit sizes are available?
Eight sizes — 50, 60, 65, 80, 100, 150, 180 and 400 Sq Ft — holding roughly 12 to 125 CBM. See the Size Guide for dimensions and rates.
How much does a storage unit cost?
Rates start from AED 523 per month for a 50 Sq Ft unit on an annual term. Daily rental is charged at 0.6 AED per sq ft per day with a 15 day minimum. Full pricing for every size and term is on the Size Guide page.
What is the difference between Level 1, 2 and 3 units?
Level 1 is ground level with the easiest loading access. Level 2 and Level 3 sit higher in the racking — Level 3 units are 3.5 m tall and priced lower.

What is Pick & Pack?
